This Northern Pygmy-Owl just wasn't interested in me. He was busy looking around and wouldn't look at me unless I really became a pest! Every now and then he would turn around as if to say "Would you shut up!". I guess he figured he was out of my reach (not much) and he had other things to do. The black markings on the back of his head (nape) are false eyes.
