Mexican Spotted Owl
Sheelite Canyon, Arizona

This Spotted Owl was one of two owls found along the trail in Sheelite Canyon in S.E. Arizona. They are quite accustomed to people coming up the canyon to see them and was very calm (almost bored) about my taking his photo even though I was only a few feet below him.
