| Two nice baby Great Horned Owls were sitting in this old barn window as I went into the Kern River Preserve. The thought of a researcher in Alberta who was attacked by a Great Horned Owl, while going in to see young owls in an old barn, came to mind. Neat baby owls... I decided to just watch them from the outside rather than potentially meeting a protective mom. |
