This is the best web site for owls. I've been fortunate enough to have seen three types of owls. The Great Horned Owl (My favorite), Screech Owl, and Burrowing Owl. Each time it's been an enjoyable experience.

Just what I was looking for! We've been hearing what we thought was an owl in our backyard for a couple weeks now - sounds just like the saw-whet. Now we'll have to go looking for him. Thanks!

My son, Michael, who is in third grade chose the Great Horned Owl for his animal report. We obtained a lot of very useful information about this bird. We also got a lot of great pictures -- he had to draw a picture of his animal for his report. The photos were very detailed and helped him a great deal. Thanks again.

I loved browsing through the many different and interesting sections of your website. I collect owl things: plates, figurines, pottery, books, furniture, posters, anything to do with owls. They are fascinating creatures, which I've met up close and personal. Thanks for a wonderful place to visit and learn more about them. Ava in Northern Virginia
